Logo print sheet · 3-gallon foodservice lids

Print this at 100% / Actual Size — do not use "Fit to page," which rescales everything and voids the measurements below. Every specimen on this sheet is set at true physical size (1 in = 96 px). Dashed lines are cut guides, not part of the artwork.

Read this before ordering a print run

The source logo is low-resolution. The only file that exists anywhere in your archive is mainlogo.webp at 400×400 px, and once the empty transparent margin is trimmed off, the actual artwork is just 284×234 px. That is the real ceiling — no upscaling adds detail that was never captured.

The files on this sheet were enlarged with Lanczos resampling plus a light unsharp pass, and edge speckle from the original's anti-aliasing was cleaned out. Because the logo is flat-color art with heavy outlines, it enlarges far better than a photograph would. It holds up well to about 4 inches wide. Past roughly 5–6 inches the cone linework and the fine "EST. 2024" lettering start to go soft.

It is not usable as a full-bleed 11.5 in lid graphic. For that you need the original vector file — ask whoever designed the logo for the .ai, .eps, .svg, or layered .pdf. That single file permanently removes this ceiling and costs nothing but an email. Until then, treat 4 in as the safe maximum and let the typeset brand line carry the large-format work.

Label printing is more forgiving than a photo book — a lid is read from two or three feet away, not six inches. That is why 4 in still passes here despite the modest DPI number.

Reversed — on the brand red field

The logo carries its own white oval, so it sits on the red lid field without a knockout box. Confirm your printer holds this red: #d41020, roughly PANTONE 186 C — ask them to match to the Pantone chip, not to the screen value.

All files are PNG with a real alpha channel (the source is 73% transparent), so they drop onto any background with no white box. Native aspect ratio is 284:234 (about 1.21:1, slightly wider than tall) — scale proportionally; never stretch to fill a square.
