Allergen notice — read before ordering
Mimi's is a shared kitchen. Dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts are all handled daily on shared equipment. No flavor can be represented as allergen-free, nut-free, or gluten-free, regardless of its ingredients.
Every ice cream flavor contains MILK and EGG — both are in the house base. Water Ice is the one exception: it is made with no dairy and no egg. The additional allergens shown are expected, not final. Inclusions such as candy pieces, cookies, chips and flavor bases come from outside suppliers, so the binding allergen declaration for any flavor is confirmed per batch against current supplier specifications and supplied with your order.
On Water Ice specifically: it contains no dairy ingredients, which is a real and useful difference for your menu. But it is made in the same kitchen on shared equipment, so describe it as "made without dairy," not "dairy-free" or "allergen-free." Those are safety claims that require dedicated equipment, and Mimi's does not have a separate line.
Use this sheet to select flavors. Do not copy it onto a menu, allergen card, or any customer-facing material without a confirmed declaration for each flavor you carry.
How to read this: MILKEGG are in every flavor. SOYWHEAT are expected from inclusions. PEANUTTREE NUT flag flavors that need a dedicated scoop and their own side of the case. TUB marks flavors best suited to a 3-gallon foodservice tub.

On branded flavors. Butterfinger, Heath, Oreo and M&M are third-party trademarks. Mimi's makes these using the genuine branded confections, but the flavor names on printed packaging and menus are subject to those trademark owners' terms — confirm naming before they appear on a printed menu or case card. Generic descriptors ("toffee crunch," "peanut butter crisp") are always available as an alternative.
