Founded in 2024 by Naomi Sutliff and her son Joseph — a mother-and-son shop, woman-owned and family-run.
Naomi is a breast cancer survivor. After her recovery she turned a lifetime of home baking into Delta's first dedicated ice cream parlor: a 1950s-style room on Main Street with red-and-white checkered walls and a jukebox.
Everything from the waffle cones to the whipped cream is made in-house. The opening was covered by the Delta County Independent.
